whether this state awards attorney fees for negligence.

Hmmm.....I have a copy of the police report that states the other driver was
cited for failure to yield and was at fault. Wonder what type of
counterclaim they could possibly make? He came to a sideways dead stop in
the middle of the southbound passing lane and was t-boned by my car

<believe that some states impose an
obligation on insurers to deal in good faith with third-party claimants (no
<such help in TX, though).
