visa/immigration attorney in Germany?

Hi,
Anyone know of an attorney or a site to find one, who handles visa issues in
Germany and speaks english? situation:

Mother/fiancée(non-US) has expired visa. The local German govt would not
issue new one(while entry visa was still valid) because she was not
'working' in Germany. Father is DOD contractor, military wouldn't help
because fiancée only/not married. Have papers all setup to get married in
other country but without valid visa, extradition stamp will be given upon
leaving Germany and mother would not be able to return to Germany. Child
just received Birth certificate and US Passport last week. Child is only 1yr
and seperation of parents is not a desired option but neither is remaining
unmarried or staying on expired visa.
