Hey all.
Got a problem and not sure what to do.
Also, I'm not sure whether the step parent is the father's step
parent who adopted the father or the mother's step parent. If it is
the mother's step parent, I don't know why should wouldn't just tell
him- Hey pop, when you leave my girls out of things it hurts their
feelings. I would say that to him were it my father/stepfather.
This is my husband's mom and his step-dad, who came in late in the
picture, so there was no adopting.
You are right, if grandpa were my step-dad, it would all be an open
book. But then my family runs in the loud, blunt, but loving eastern
European direction, his is in the more conservative arena.
The girls are going to figure it out for themselves that he loves
them less, even if you try to spin it for them.
Yikes.

That was, unfortunatley, a possibility that had occured to me.
