not at all. i'm saying that employers sometimes ask for the
impossible in employees.
at least gender discrimination isn't quite as much of an
issue now as when i was just out of college... girls just
didn't get jobs in agriculture unless it involved horses back
then. now over 60% of small or family farms are run by women.
