well... im 18 and 14 weeks pregnant, not even in college, and i was a
honor roll kinda girl through school.. so its not always what you want
to happen to happen... life throws unexpected things at you every now
and then. i just got a big one!!
My dd1 got married at 18 while she was in her freshman year in
college, and had a baby that same year. She had another child two
years later. She did finish college (although it took her 7 years
instead of 4 because among other things her husband had a brain tumor
and had to have an operation), and now has her masters in math and
three children, the second one of whom is engaged to be married.
So it can be done.
Of course in my day, a girl who got pregnant in HS had to leave school
forever (although the father did not). When my children graduated,
there were at least a few pregnant graduates and some who had one or
more children already.
