and his mates can't work this out, keep them closer to home.
I am intrigued by your belief that "we" should keep our kids closer to
home when they are in fact playing in our yards, versus the mother of
the troubled child keeping her child closer to home. Very interesting
indeed.
She said that before knowing your kids' ages. Until you told us, for all we
knew, they were four or five years old.

Well regardless of age, it still doesn't make sense to me. Of course,
my child doesn't go there to *his* home because I feel they are even
more unsafe there with multiple children who can turn on a dime, but
the thought itself of requiring everyone else to restrict their
child's play versus that mother restricting her child's play is
strange to me. I understand that is usually the case, however, but
just to see someone else state it should be the norm hits me as
strange. Maybe it wasn't meant that way.
