That's correct. The best thing to do is if you or a child has egg allergy, talk to your doctor before getting the shot.
By allergy, they mean anaphylactic hypersensitivity to eggs, which is a particular type of allergic reaction.
So the best advice is to ask your doctor if you have any concerns about egg allergy.
