I'd let her do one of each type of activity. That is - one kind of
dancing (either tap or ballet), one kind of music, and one sport
(sports seem to take the most amount of time although I'm not sure if
the swimming is lessons [which I would continue] or a swim team
thing), and Brownies. And then one other thing she could try to see
if she likes it.

hmm, I'm not convinced on the one type of activity, say a kid is good a
dance, it doesn't make sense to reduce their options, at some ages, they are
less likely to choose ballet if given a choice, but that's bad later, if
they do want to dance seriously, I'm not even talking professionally, I knew
some good amature dancers who were let down and therefore got less enjoyment
from it because they hadn't done ballet. What I would look for is the
classes being adjacent, so you can do both classes in the same place, on the
same night. Music I think works a little better on one instrument if that is
where their talent/interest lies, but I guess I'd then choose piano as the
instrument of preference, others may disagree. I suppose what I am saying,
is yes, cut down, but try to watch the interests of the child and encourage
them in what they enjoy, other than that if they choose nothing physical,
you might want to evaluate whether or not they get enough exercise and add
in a physical activity if necessary.
