shouldn't be there within 24 hours of the last throw up and they would
definitely send home any child who had been sick.
To be honest I would be asking questions if a child threw up (unless
obviously induced either accidently or deliberately) and they weren't
sent
home.
There are kids who throw up without having an illness. My son's
Gastroesophogeal Reflux wasn't diagnosed until he was 4;
speaking to the pre-school. Because if you don't say anything then they
can't know that it doesn't mean that they're ill.
