No I have a long posting history in misc.kids , alt.mothers and

Ah, memories.....

When I was small, and we were dirt poor, the general rule in the house
was that when mom got something new to replace a broken (whatever), the
old one went into the toy box for us kids to play with.

So when mom got a new set of hair clippers, I NATURALLY assumed the old
ones were now toys for us kids to play with.

I cut everyone's hair. For my brothers, it was no big deal -- they got
Real Short hair cuts anyway, so it grew out quickly. However, up until
that point, I'd never had a hair cut at all, and I shaved the first
couple of inches at the top of my forehead. I ended up with bangs.

(Actually, I think Mom stopped me before I cut all of my brothers' hair
-- but I did quite a number on myself and at least one brother.)
