So, you are saying that because my son will not drink regular milk, and I
can barely get him to drink chocolate, then I shouldn't give him any? I
brush his teeth 3 times day, and I doubt they will rot, lol. A child who
drinks juice has a much better chance of tooth decay, and mine does not
drink any juice.

I will step in to give you some support. I don't think you're a bad parent
for giving chocolate milk. I give my fussy eaters chocolate milk. Okay, I
am not the health nut parent that most people are, LOL. The kids still
haven't tasted soda, and they don't much like candy and DD will turn down
cookies, but they get their chocolate milk. If I'm a bad parent for that,
so shoot me. It's got extra sugar, but it's as nutritous as white milk.
You can get the nutrients other ways, but if the picky eater will drink it,
why not? So long as it's not overdone. BTW, I don't feed candy, not ever,
but I'm not totally anti-sugar. If the sugar product is also nutritious,
they can have it. Which means, they can also have cereal, but I try not to
choose the really sweet ones, because they don't like them and neither do I.
