How about putting the two girls' beds and a few toys in their room and putting their dresser/clothes in your room (you keep the big one)?

That's what I would suggest. I'm sure you could
probably fit the two beds and maybe a changing table in
there. Clothing storage could be in your room. Did you
say there was a basement bedroom? That could be a toy
room where all the toys are kept, since they likely
wouldn't fit in the girls' room.
