Maybe they're talking about a different kind of playing
rough, i.e. bullying. I think kids who were physically
punished by their parents are more likely to bully.
The kind of playing where everyone agrees to do some
wrestling or something is different.
I am not sure what is the proper way to call it, but that boy pushed
my son to the point that he fell and hurt himself, because he was
angry at him for something (like insisting that he takes his turn).
