Alas I've got more than 100,000 FF miles on CO which have been
accumulating for years, else I'd really never fly them. Now I just want
to use the miles and be done with them. I never had such bad service
as this time though. Never great service, but comparable to other
American carriers (so standards are low). I used to never fly American
carriers internationally, but now I'm flying from a small city my
options are limited.

I had also sworn off Northworst for a long time, and domestically and
transatlantic I'd still say they suck big time. But I had to fly them a
few times to Asia from the US, and was shocked by GOOD service for a
change!
