That happens with my daughter too. She can take *forever*
to tell a story. She has to get in every detail, and go backwards
as much as she goes forwards. And then if she's gone back-
wards she feels she has to repeat it all in order. *yawn*

So, sometimes I do tune out. And sometimes I'll interrupt
after five minutes and summarize everything she's said
in one sentence and then say, "Okay, now go on."

I'd like to teach her how to be a little more concise, but
so far haven't had any luck.
