incessant chattering

My toddler (2.5 yo) asks questions a lot. Most of those is kinda
re-stating the obvious. When we are driving in a car, taking a walk,
pretty much any time we're outside or at home, she's constantly asking
questions.. Sometimes she asks same question repeatedly even if you
answer it the first time ("Mummy, what is this rabbit doing" about 10
times) She's smart and inquisitive. But sometimes I just need the
quiet. I don't want to tell her to stop talking (sometimes I do but she
won't). I know pretty soon a day will come when she becomes a teenager
and I'll be begging her to talk.. but how do you manage/channel these
types of incessant conversation?
She's quite smart. She's only 2.5 but already toilet trained and
recognizes all alphabets and numbers, recites more than 20 rhymes. I
guess this questioning is kinda asking for attention?
Thanks.
