I am, apparently, no where near as educated as you on sweeteners. But I
definitely will opt for plain ol' sugar, even refined sugar, over artificial
sweeteners any day of the week. MIL always goes on about the pudding is
sugar free. WHY???? Yuckola. Some weird chemical instead? Now MsLiz says
Stevia is herbal. Ok. But I have a semi-educated aversion to artificial
sweeteners. I suppose it's easy for me since sweet is not really my thing.
