My son (who is now 8) and my stepdaughter (17) still has them. When
stepdaughter was younger i put her in a hot bath and she says that is
all that helps. I put son in bath also and put either eucoliptus (sp)
oil on his legs or blue emu stuff you can get at walmart. Motrin
helps but at 2 and 3 am who wants to wait a half an hour lol the
other 2 help within minutes.
hope this helps
