Especially since it sounds as if it would be a specialized sort of
product, I think what you are looking for would be kind of expensive.
Unless your locks are already electronically controlled, I would think
that alone would run into some money. Actually, my guess is that would
be most of the cost. If you have something that can be triggered by an
electronic signal, I suppose getting your alarm system to trigger it
would not be that big a deal.
Whatever you do, make sure you still end up with decent locks, though.
I lost a laptop at work to our office replacing a good lock with a bad
one because it came with the new swipe-card system. Unless you live in
a really safe area (or a firetrap, I suppose), I would be very hesitant
about giving up a deadbolt on an exterior door if that is necessary in
order to wire the lock into the fire alarm.
I should note that all of this is just amateur advice. We own a house
so I have some consumer experience with alarms and locks but certainly
no expertise beyond that. If by some chance you live in the Chicago
area, I would be happy to send you the name of our alarm company. It
is a small company and the owner seems to be very good at designing
systems to meet people's needs. If what you want is possible, there is
a good chance he would know how to do it.
