I think the teen was supposed to be the big brother of
another pre-schooler. Still, I don't see how that teen
and her daughter would be there at the school without
their parents present.

I agree that it doesn't add up. As soon as she said
that her daughter attacked this boy to the extent
that both testicles are permanently damaged (she's
saying her daughter attacked this boy enough to
make him sterile?!!!) I decided that this isn't on
the up and up. If this were true, her daughter
would be facing criminal charges and would likely
be in a psychiatric ward at this point.
