Honeycrisp is the high dollar high demand product, keeps over winter
with minimal storage concerns
(some apples just don't keep). This year our blossoms got frost
killed. Leaves emerged before
flowering so harvest will be non commercial. No crop insurance for
us.

Grafted some sweetango onto ottawa rootstock last spring, its a sport
of Honeycrisp so should be
great and very early.
