The guy that was on was former head of Ontario Hydro Nuclear, he was
an actual atomic phys. French surname, his ontario nuke has the
highest
discharge and accident rate of any ute i have ever heard of.

2 of my neighbors are retired nuke physicists from Atomic Energy
Canada,
both are in Washington after being called down on weekend.

Does that mean anything? could be cautionary.
