I couldn't make heads or tails of this post...I mean I read it, and
it just didn't make a lick of sense, just a series of weird non-sequiturs.
Then you stepped in, with your superior understanding of the
"head case" mentality, and kind of shed some light on a VERY
dark place...

Taking into account the entire thread and this defendant's
well-documented pattern of behavior, I'm not sure if I agree with
ALL your analysis; my thoughts below:

OK, my problem with this is I honestly believe he's too STUPID

Here's the way I look at it: "Dumb Mikey" has the mental capacity of
an addlepated dog, and the related predictable behavior patterns. If
ANYBODY gets confused by these seemingly random "outbursts",
just think of a dog that you took the pound to be put down for "behavioral
problems", and that should clear it up for you.

Now think of what happens when you leave a mentally retarded dog
at home alone. Pretty soon it's howling and tearing up the rug and
running around in a blind panic due to the crushing loneliness that
can only befall an animal that can't understand the concept of time
and human schedules. "Dumb Mikey" has CONSISTENTLY posted
to get attention, and then when he didn't get it, he would answer his
own stupid posts, then answer them again and start getting more
and more angry or resentful because nobody was responding, then
suddenly "Carmelia Matsko" would show up and say how smart
he was and how she reads all his posts and uses his stock picks
trading her husband's money (with a little talk about her two small
children), and then "Carmelia" would sign the post "Michael J. Barton"
(WHOOOOPS!!!)...

Now note that in this thread, "Dumb Mikey" put up FOUR posts
repsonding to "him/her"self, and note how he again became a little
angry with "Lowbrow" because he wasn't responding quickly
enough, then "he/she" got mad at me because I wasn't responding
quickly enough. "HE/SHE" IS JUST A LONELY LITTLE WHIMPERING
BRAIN-DAMAGED PUPPY, RIIIIIIIIGHT??!!?!!

Simple when you think of it that way, innit?

He knows this because he sees the e-mails and hears the phone calls when
he puts on his tin-foil hat........

OK, but really, as a lonely little retarded dog, think what the "affection"
of the psychopathic Michael "Lubow" Tenenbaum means to "him/her".
Note how tail-waggingly happy "he/she" was to publically reveal he was
trading emails with somebody, ANYBODY who would waste their time
communicating with "him/her".

I think what happens is he transfers that intense desire for human
contact, a simple pat on the head, to other people. "He/She" ASSUMES
that EVERYBODY is as desperate for "email buddies" as "he/she" is...

Though there may come a day soon when I will need a little
help with something from you related to defendant "Michael J.
Barton", something related to one of my stated goals for the
defendants here...

and he's tried to make me a new
"Smitty" all these years, but that is between him and I only, and not

Well, this is just a complete puzzle, but it is so astoundingly
stupid, it still fits the dog theory..."he/she" is just not CAPABLE
of having a coherent HUMAN thought. And "he/she" is just basically
"talking" to "him/her"self, trying in some pathetic way to lick somebody's
hand (or hump their leg)...

I mean, the freak stalked and libeled "Blash" for years (only stopping
when "Blash" threatened to sue), then "he/she" started doing the same to
me, for no other reason than "his/her" explicitly stated one of "helping" defendant
"Michael Lubow" to stalk and libel me, apparently for a little pat on "his/her"
mangy head from the psychopath (hell of a thing to lose hundreds of
$thousands if not $millions over, but that's how desperate the little
dumb pooch is for affection), now "he/she" suddenly turns around and
pretends it all never happened (Google(TM) and at least six other
Usenet archives, including my own, show otherwise, of course, but
even smart dogs have little memory and NO computer skills).

Although, you could stop with all the put downs against me, because i'm
quite sick to death of them.

IOW, it's not nice to pick on us "Headcases".......

worthless rug-dragging ass into my life...like all but the most idiotic here,

I hope you understand that as much as you have it out for Lubow, I have

There's a whole bunch of guys with badges that will be responding
to court orders to seize your any of your (non-existent) property above
bankruptcy levels unless you smarten up REAL fast (actually, I don't
think you really have ANY time left, but even after I take the default,
I'll be glad to send you the paperwork if you want, even though
you'll apparently have to get somebody to read it to you). REMEMBER,
everything AFTER the default will happen by COMPLETE SURPRISE:
the suddenly-drained bank accounts, the missing cars, etc.
