I used to LOVE "rank-out" sessions with my friends

sitting in plane on a runway in Oakland, and she comes
up to his security in Daisy Dukes and a tank top and purrs
she just wants one teensy little autograph on her Rolling Stones
record, the idiots let her right through due to reduced blood supply
to their brains (diverted to their groins). She gives him the
lawsuit, and Jagger becomes enraged and SLAPS her and
then security LITERALLY kicks her off the plane and sends
her sprawling onto the tarmac.


I think I remember this incident. It was perfect!!
I knew a process server and he had all kinds of way to do it.
Waiting at the Dry Cleaners, Post Office if they has a P.O. Box, Church ( that one killed me), Court, (his favorite since it was easy because he knew the time of apperence)

I like the stories how the cops send invitations to people who they are seeking for warrents, stuff like some free tickets or a party.. something that gets them to come.. and then arrest them as they arrive.. Pretty creative IMO!


So SHE sues him for assault, he has to come back to

I'll tell you the fundamental mistake "Mikey Ducks 2" is
making...he's trying to determine my location from the location
of my ISP server that I SOMETIMES use when in a particular
area, but even that server may be HUNDREDS of miles from
the computer where I am typing this. For example, if I
remember right, Michael Tenenbaum, posting from a computer
at 49 Blanche St Plainview NY, shows up on a server located
in FRIGGIN' RESTON VIRGINIA (I'm thinking of his/Sharon's main
Verizon ISP account)...so if "Mikey Ducks 1" tried to track HIM down
using that same brilliant method, he'd wind up paddling a boat around
in the Sargasso Sea someplace shouting "LUBOW! LUBOW! I'M
GETTING CLOSER, LUBOW, WATCH OUT!!!"

Well, apologies ALWAYS help, but a RETRACTION is like
a "magic bullet"...if you just admit you made a false statement
quickly and NEVER repeat it again, it becomes virtually impossible
for anybody to sue you for it. Of course, Michael Tenenbaum
was given that opportunity on more than one occasion, and
failed to take correct advantage of it.

As always, I gave him my best advice, the same advice I
would give my best friend or most beloved family member.
I told him to show his libelous posts to a trusted advisor,
particularly an attorney, but anybody who had his best
welfare at heart, and ask them if he should continue to
post given the fact that he was unable to control himself,
and then FOLLOW THE ADVICE (which almost certainly
would be to discontinue ALL posting).

He either didn't take my advice, or doesn't have anybody
with any common sense or common decency in his life that
he could turn to...and remember, "Dumb Mikey The Second"
pulled that stunt ONCE, BUT TOOK MY WELL-MEANING
ADVICE, and is now hopefully enjoying his much more
financially secure retirement as a result...

facts? The fact is, those individuals are "special"...so they are

behave the way they do. The law is in black and white, has been

law" and not really "written down", but everybody knew what it
was); hell, the basic idea was carved into the stones of the friggin'
"10 Commandments", for cryin' out loud...

I was with her as she closed in on a manager of WalMart who said they would supply food for the event.. She hunts them down and nicely keeps them all "eager" to fulfill whatever promises she gets them to make.. It is amazing watching her in action.. Marching all over, taking their pictures and making them into posters.. working there egos and corporate pocketbooks .. it is amazing. This is all in AZ so she recruits me to fly over for a week and drive her everywhere and pickup everything.. . SO I get a good look at this and an amazing respect for dear 78-yr young, ol' Mom.

I find it hard to believe that $ gain is the issue here..

It's about the only thing the law allows in the USA, it's the
ONLY thing that can POSSIBLY work in this case...the ONLY
way they will stop their unlawful behavior is if it costs them all
of what little money they have (and perhaps their criminal record
and freedom, as well)...once again, if you would just THINK, you'd
realize it was true. They WERE warned, multiple times, by several
people, not just myself, they were ASKED "politely", by multiple people,
and they just kept doing it as soon as they "decided" in their tiny little
brains that there would be NO consequences...in fact, they ramped
it up, because they're brainless animals, and they reveled in
in the "blood lust" of "attacking" people here like a pack of retarded
hyenas with their libel and stalking and harassment...I know pot
destroys your memory, but COULD you remember what they
wrote, even as recently as just mere days ago, when they were
constantly MOCKING people if they DIDN'T sue them?

I mean, I took them at their word, I thought they WANTED to be
