Good for Walmart. Sound like they are helping to make things much more efficient and saving valuable resources. When things get tough the tough get tougher. There is a tremendous amount of wasted effort and energy going on that we all could do better minimizing.

But Wal-Mart has temporarily rolled back prices on hundreds of food items by as much as 30% this year. How? By pressuring vendors to take costs out of the supply chain.
