The late Louis Rukeyser never gave stock touts except one time when he stated on W$W that people kept hammering him to give specific names. So on TV he said buy MSFT, C, INTC and GE.

Which only goes to show that even the nation's most respected financial and economic commentator couldn't get it right. So where does that leave the rest of us?
