I opened an a/c today at TD Ameritrade(they've got a great Teaser
rate
on a 3 month CD).......
They sent me a welcoming e-mail with the following included:
"Market volatility, volume and system availability may delay account
access and trade executions."
I never saw a warning like this before.......
