the housng market had a great week the first week of january. mortgage
apps WAY up. read the Associated Press stats for today. it is odd they
would do so well because this is the housing markets slow period. could
be an indicaton of a major big run up coming this year.
as you may know i collect comic books. most of them have doubled in
price in the last 6 months and the supplier i mostly buy from reported
record sales for the last half of the year....

Mortgage rates have finally dropped a little bit. Maybe that is why the increase?
