Oh, BJ's has a 47 inch LCD HDTV on sale Friday for $ 999.99. I'm think
of buying it, but the name scares me, "Olevia" I've never heard of
them, any good, will there be a mexican stored inside of the TV?
Olevia's main OEM is Foxconn.
Foxconn also OEMs for Sony (PlayStation 2 and 3), Apple (iPhone), and
Nintendo (Wii).
On the other hand, they do the XBOX 360 for Mister Softee, who took a
billion dollar charge because they weren't reliable.
Thanks. When I was just married, about 1970, I purchased my first TV.
It was a color TV and cost $ 500.00. It was mostly tubes with a few
transistors. The price didn't worry me because I known that if
anything went wrong I could repair it myself, this is not the case
today. I hate the idea of putting out $ 1000.00 for something
electronic I can't repair.
