ONLINE TRADING QUESTION
can someone explain the 3-day wait period for a trade to settle? i
bought some stock last week thursday and sold it that same day.
Friday i didn't trade. Monday i tried to make a trade and my funds
weren't available because it takes 3 days to settle the transaction.
is this normal for all online brokers or should i be searching
elsewhere? i'm using ameritrade.
