Ouch! Why did you hang on so long? The only one that might be worth
holding long term is KKD but probably not. You mean you have 1.8K to
try to invest in one winner? Next dip just put it in an index ETF like
SPY or EFA.

Hi Fred, thanks for the reply. Buy and Hold has been a mantra I have
followed.
Regarding the $1.8k...that is how much cash will be in my account if i
sold
all these positions. This money is for my stock purchases as I already
have
diversified funds in my portfolio.

Buy and Hold doesn't work well with all stocks; mostly only the high quality companies. Ya have to do "buy, hold and sell the turkeys" but I would recommend ditching the turkeys if they go down more than 1/3 if the market is going up or sideways. Or do your homework and sell before they go down 1/3 if the fundamentals go crappy. OK, good luck trying to pick some winners. Here is a link to one of the best stock pickers. Check out stocks that he recommends; I bet there are some winners there that you might like.
