i put out an alert to my mail list to be on the watch for "suspicious
activities; parked car with no licennse plate, middle easter looing man
runnig fro parked car. car that looks "too heavy-sitting very low,
parked
in a busy area." abanoded mercedes parked in from of govt.building or
busy traffc area....
