it could also be due to short hedges, however only fools short the
"pennies". otoh, if the Call volume greatly exceeds the Puts that
means that there isn't much of a fear factor. The stock was so cheap
that options were not worth the added risk. iow spend for the stock
and not for the options when dealing with the "pennies".
I did read one of Najarian's books but it was not a 'how to' book.

later as long as you sell and make a profit, that's the only thing
that counts in this game.
