Well, the HAL offer to exchange for KBR shares at a discount ends today. At least I haven't heard of an extension, so I guess this is it. I'm guessing that not enough HAL shareholders will take the deal and a lot of KBR will be left to distribute to existing HAL shareholders. I expect that a lot of the exchanged shares will be quickly sold along with most of those given to existing HAL shareholders. This will likely result in a pretty big drop in KBR shares IMO.
