Anyone get "STOPPED OUT" ?

Does this look like a classic raiding of stop losses? Do funds know how
many shares are stop lossed and at what price they are? This looked
like a stop loss short maneuver, shorting shares, stop losses engage,
and covering and going long. Anyone?:
