It's not neccessary apply to technical indicator only, it can refer to price
wise. When the price breakout the high of last two days, it is also a
bullish crossover. IMO

"Bullish Crossover" of what, precisely? The term is generally used as a
qualification of a technical indicator of some kind. You often use it in
offhand manner that seems to be related to wishful thinking more than any
quantifiable characteristic.
