ok, but it could start in china etc. this yr. maybe.
i think with this pipeline from canada.theres no reason to rebuild in
the gulf or at least as much.
so when these pipelines start theres not so many rigs in the gulf with
nothing to do really.
plus with less rigs in the gulf less to be rebuilt after any storms.In
the future.
