My comments are those coming from just a dumb investor. Although I am
quite
proficient in SQL and C, I suspect the goal of all of these products
is to
make the software friendly to a non-programmer - it's called a user
friendly
interface. I suspect that the average analyst/investor is not familiar
with
SQL or C. IMO, if they do not achieve the previously mentioned goal,
the
products will not survive.

Yeah you're right, the name of the game is to get it in the hands as
many of people as they can. I think my next two project are going to be
to some how get the raw data from my Ameritrade streamer and use it in
my own program, and somehow harvest fundamental data from Yahoo and
play with that.
