Why do they show all the rates except the 1-year yield ?

After searching extensively through the web, I've noticed that the
yield on the 1-year treasury is very elusive. The sites that show the
whole range of treasury rates always exclude the 1-year rate. They
actually jump from 6-months to 2 year rates. Why on Earth?
At the Fed sites, you can get a stupid very up-to-date chart of all the
yields including the 1
-year(http://www.ustreas.gov/offices/domestic-finance/debt-management/interest-rate/yield.html),
and find out at the bottom that it's recalculated according to a
bizarre formula that renders the data useless. Today the 10-year yield
went down big time to 4.09% and the bonehead website of the Fed
recalculates it at 4.16%. So that's useless.
Another Fed site, the FRED2 database, shows the 1-year yield, but it
has a delay of at least a week.
Somebody help me.
