If you take ratios like so...

3/8 -> 0.375
5/13 -> 0.385
8/21 -> 0.381
13/34 -> 0.38235
21/55 -> 0.38182
34/89 -> 0.38202
55/144 -> 0.38194

They appear to be converging to something pretty close to 0.382.
