Thanks, but my house is my HOME. I like to live in it and enjoy it. Not
sell it like a stock every time there is a "boom" and try to get back
in during the "bust". Sure, I'll take the appreciation. But really,
most of us want to LIVE IN A HOME. This is the reason.....
