Hello Associates, We have an opening for Jr. and Sr. Recruiters in Hyderabad (Near L.B.Nagar).
Experienced Technical USA IT Recruiter
• Perform full cycle recruiting functions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers and on-boarding new hires.
• Format and edit candidate resumes for submitting to end clients
• Experienced with Advertisement writing and posting to different job Boards.
• Excellent understanding of US Tax terms.
• Perform phone based proactive candidate and sourcing activities.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Boolean searching for sourcing candidates from various avenues (Databases, social media – linkedin, twitter, facebook and through referrals, etc…)
• Able to prepare Hot Lists of candidates
• Process oriented individual and results focused
• Be open to learning new things
• Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to Work in Night shift.

Education:
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, M.Sc - Any Specialization, Computers)

Ideal candidate would be somebody who has at least 1-3 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates using different avenues (social media, databases, internet etc....) and is very good in doing research.
