We Need consultant for C#/ .Net Developer

Title:C#/ .Net Developer
Location: Downtown Phoenix , AZ
Duration: 8 months
Pay Rate:45 $/hr on c2c or 1099

only local to AZ , No H1b please


Description:
This person will need to assist in designing, building, testing,
implementing and maintaining applications to meet specific customer
requirements.
Assist in building features and functions for release.
Work with users to elaborate on requirements and document solution
designs.
Prepare final product for migration and deployment.
Code, test and troubleshoot programs.
Primary focus will be on supporting the existing application during
migration to a new platform.
Support is 24x7 with rotating on-call expectations.

Requirements:
This is a support role for maintaining and troubleshooting web
application issues.
Strong C#.Net skill set and the ability to program alone with minimal
direction.
Very self-directed.
Ability to create design and support documentation (written
documentation and visual diagrams).
Strong troubleshooting skills are required in order to quickly resolve
critical issues with web application.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Flexible, Adaptable, Self-Managed.
Experience working in a team environment.
Experience with supporting web application.
