Hi,
My parents had green card few yrs back. They left USA and haven't come

to States for 3 years. As I know, every green card holder has to be
back within 6 months.
So is there anyway that their green card will be active/renewed ?
Green card "abandonment" is a complex issue. You or they need to talk
to a good immigration lawyer. Maybe their status can be preserved,
maybe it can't. Have they been filing tax returns in the US while out
of the country? If not, that could greatly reduce their chances of
success.
