My sister (USC) has applied for my greencard but have a 6 yr wait left.
I have an employer willing to apply for H1B visa for me next year or
alternatively they are looking into getting my green card through
employment for me.
The question i have, Im from UK, my wife-to-be has lived illegally in
America as a child for a number of years. We are not sure if she will
suffer the 10 year ban. Will this affect us getting greencard? I want to
get it and get to USA with her, but i dont want USCIS to reject her from
my application.
