Where to file I-130 and I-485 concurrently?

Hi, guys,
Quick question on where to mail the two forms. I am now applying for
Green card for my parents who are visiting me here in US. I know I-130
and I-485 can be filed at the same time. However the instruction on
USCIS website is a bit confusing. I-130 needs to be filed to the
service center ( I live in NJ, so it should be Vermont center), but
there is an update on I-485 that applicants in NJ should mail I-485 to
Chicago.
My understanding is that the two forms should be put in one envelope
and mail to the same address with the application fees. Anyone has
some experience on this? or tell me where I might misunderstand the
instructions?
I appreciate any help!
Good luck to everyone!
regards,
PV
