Our parents are over 70 yrs old and immigration visa seems to be the
only way I can get them over to visit us in the US (non-immigration
visitor visa is impossible to get). They are waiting for their
interview date now. For the immunization card, are they required to
get any shots? Since they don't even remember what they got when they
were kids some 70 years ago.

Yes they will need to have a medical ... but will have aged out of
a lot of the shots ...
