H1B questions
I was working in a company in Florida, US on H1B in 1999. After a
year, I moved to Canada and this year I moved back to the same company
in Florida - working on a TN visa.
Is it possible for the company to apply an H1B for me on my old
quota ? I mean, the new H1s are filling out way too fast and plus I
really don't want to wait till 2008. In otherwords will they be able
to resume my old H1B ?
Thanks
Roger
