Dear All,

My employer put an incorrect date of 9th Sep 2006 in filling my H1b
for FY 2007 because of which my H1b got rejected. Can you please tell
me if there is any change that I can file a law suit against him for
the carelessness .And how strong can be the case? Thanks a lot for all
your help and support.

Thanks
