My friend is an H1-B visa holder working as a Teacher and has moved to
the U.S.A. with her family last year. Last June 2006, she gave birth
to their 4th child, a baby boy in California. What will be the
citizenship of their son??? How will this affect her status as an H1-b
visa holder and that of her dependent spouse and three other children
who holds H4 visas? Can the whole family stay on the basis of the
birth of this newborn child??? Please enlighten me on this. Thank you
and God bless.
Thank you everyone for your replies to my queries. It's really a big
help for my friend and her family and is quite enlightened by the
replies that you shared with us. God bless you.
